This is a truly romantic and private, quiet second floor studio condo with 20′ vaulted ceilings, exceptional ocean views, and just steps to the lawns and beach. Each low rise, two-story building has 8 condominiums. During low season, you may be the only guests in the building.

I have walked the beaches to the North and South of my condo on many trips for hours without coming across another human. Seals yes, humans, rarely.

There are no crowds, no malls, no traffic, and no stress. Instead you will find smiles, wide open spaces, sweet air and crystal-clear ocean with sandy-entry beaches; often times completely deserted. Rediscover that a day still has 24 hours. After a day of hiking, snorkeling or touring, come back to your tropical home away from home. This spacious studio apartment with vaulted ceiling opens all the way out to a 100-square-foot deck. The well designed interior has a wonderful feeling of openness. No shortage of air flow with ceiling and floor fans provided as well.

My stunning ocean view condo is located on the sunny and dry Westside in the Kaluakoi area at Kepuhi Beach. Take walks on empty beaches, watch outrageous sunsets and feel as if you’ve gone back to old Hawaii. This is my personal second home and I have provided quality amenities I enjoy as a seasoned, world traveler. I’ve lived on Maui for 22 years and I vacation on Molokai in all seasons. In the summer I dance hula, chant Oli and snorkel. In the winter, I surf the break out front. I’m akamai about what to do and where to go on Molokai, so please be niele (nosy) and ask!

Kepuhi Beach Villas, previously called Kaluakoi Villas or West Molokai Resort are a beautifully landscaped property. Walking South from your door leads to the famous three mile white sand beach of Papohaku. This is a completely pristine beach offering solitude and shelling in the winter. Walking North from my condo leads you to a series of deserted coves, sparkling snorkeling with sandy entry and a decent coastal trail. You can hike up to two hours out to Olio Point, stopping for lunch, snorkeling or a shady reading spot. You may pass no other hikers along your path! You can do all this without ever getting into your car. Leave it and the world behind.

There are no traffic lights on this undeveloped island. The worlds highest sea cliffs, 2000 foot waterfalls, deserted coves and rainforest waterfalls are here for your seeking. My condo and location offers a unique island setting and experience. I provide local expertise and knowledge prior to your trip as only a Kama’aina living on Maui can.
